Within N2, ODI leads work on processes of change, policy, and incentives for community level adoption (sub-outputs 2.3), and contribute to synthesis of these outputs into overall Rainwater Management Strategies(RMS, Output 3). In particular, ODI will lead on Change 2: “Those implementing water resource and other agricultural development plans (Wereda and NGO staff) are more effectively implementing RMS”.
